INFOCOMM:the 5 days:Day 1
DAY 1=====
The first day me modi and cram reached station at 4:30 am(tittering teeths....brrrr).
Reached KOL at 7:30 caught a taxi and reached extension centre.We came to know
that we were not alloted a room in luxury of ext center but some other place.Without
breakfast we left for INFOCOMM.To our utter dismay we found IIT's stall in education
segment and posters were all lying on ground in rabble.
The Officer from SRIC freaked out and pressed the panic button...we were given a different
stall after all the head-banging.Still lots of problems, the officer seemed to be all at sea
about how to plan the stall look.
In came PPC and as usual he handled the all nuisance with aplomb.
I had my breakfast in between....but i was seriously wishing i shudn't have come by now.
I had a lunch with PPC later and got to meet the man in person...for the first time.
I left the stall with modi and cram at 5 and came back to room for much needed sleep.
The room can be described as shabby at best,the facilities were horrible.
At 7 mithun somehow figured outmy room's address and i was woken up from my deep slumber.
We went off to the city center mall......roam arnd there for sometime along with
his childhood friend(a very good guy)Mitro cracking jokes and njoying window shopping.
After that we headed off to a chinese rastaurent, and after dinner and pastries and icecreams,
I headed back again to room thinking about the ordeal i will have to go thru tomm.
